Event Organisers

• We contract every show. That means we WILL be there, on time. We only work direct or through

established, reputable agencies.

• We can be contacted 24/7. Either through your agent or direct to us to help resolve any queries you may

have regarding your event.

• We are members of the Musicians Union. Professional body for professional musicians.

• We are self-contained. That means that we provide everything that we need to do our show. All we need is a power supply, a dressing room and a stage area. We bring a PA suitable to the size of event. Alternatively, we are more than happy to work with your technical team if you would prefer us to use your PA and lighting.

• Our presentation is totally flexible. BroadBand will fit in with the theme of your event. We typically wear smart black suits and evening wear, but if you have a specific theme, we are more than happy to adjust

• We will provide music on CD to cover our breaks. Or we can organise a professional DJ for you. The DJ tails into our PA and provide extra lighting, which means everything arrives and is set at the same time. With equipment consolidated, the look is much slicker and the amount of room needed is lessened.

• We can provide dinner jazz.

• We have our own Front Of House Engineer. Cuts down soundcheck time, sounds great the minute the band hit the stage.

• We provide a detailed stage plan and full PA spec... if you need it, see our tech page.

• We carry Public Liability Insurance.

• Our equipment is PAT tested.

As an event organiser, your job is to plan an event for weeks, or more usually, months ahead, and bring everything together on the day. From suppliers to caterers, AV to security, bands to bouncy castles, the buck stops with you! BroadBand understand the difficulties of organising events, and understand how we can take some of those difficulties away....

Being vastly experienced in corporate and private events, BroadBand will arrive when you need us too, not when we can make it. BroadBand will be set-up and soundchecked by the time you need us to be. We understand that you are our client, and will find us courteous and professional both with members of your team and your clients. Oh, and we sound great too......
